Recall: November 18, 2009. Grand World has recalled approximately 641,000 pacifiers because they fail to meet federal safety standards for infant pacifiers. The pacifier mouth guard is too small and poses a choking hazard to infants and toddlers. No injuries have been reported.

The recalled pacifier is the 'Bobby Chupete' pacifier that has a ring-shaped handle and heart-shaped mouth guard with two ventilation holes. The nipple is latex. The words 'Bobby Chupete' and a picture of an infant are on the packaging. The recalled pacifiers were sold in red, white, aqua and yellow.

What to do: Stop giving the pacifier to an infant or toddler and contact Grand World for a refund or replacement pacifier.
