Jump n' Jive™ Doorway Jumper

Product: Jump n' Jive™ Doorway Jumper

Manufacturer: Graco Children's Products Inc., of Atlanta, GA

Recall: August 6, 2009. Graco has recalled approximately 2,400 doorway jumpers because they contain strips of fabric that can detach and pose a choking hazard. There was one report of a child putting the fabric in her/her mouth, but no injuries.

The recalled item is the Graco Jump n' Jive Doorway Jumper, model number 1755544, that has an interactive musical dance mat and two detachable toys. The jumpers were sold between April 2009 and July 2009 at children's specialty retail stores, including Babies R Us and Amazon.com, for approximately $55.

What to do: Stop using the recalled jumper and throw out the detachable toys and fabric straps to eliminate the choking hazard. Then contact the manufacturer for a replacement set of toys. Consumers may continue to use the jumper without the original toys and fabric straps.

Contact: Graco at (800) 345-4109 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or online www.gracobaby.com.
