Product: O'Neill Hooded Zipped Fleece Sweatshirts Distributor: La Jolla Sport USA Inc., of Irvine, CA Recall: September 8, 2009. La Jolla Sport has recalled approximately 2,300 children's hooded zipped sweatshirts because they contain a drawstring through the hood, which poses a strangulation hazard to children. There have been no injuries. The recalled clothing is the children's hooded zipped fleece sweatshirt that is sold under the O'Neill brand that came in three styles.The sweatshirts were sold in sized S-XL. Girls' 'Love Goes' (style 39810012) Girls' 'Nina' (style 39810011) Boys' 'Up and Under' (style 39202202). The sweatshirts were sold in Ron Jon Surf Shop, Dillards and McCaulous stores nationwide from June 25, 2009 through August 7, 2009 for $65. What to do: Remove the drawstring from the hood to eliminate the hazard, or return sweatshirt to the place of purchase for a refund.
