Product: Youth Hooded Sweatshirts Distributor: Propac Distributing Corp., of Gardena, CA Recall: July 15, 2009. Propac has recalled approximately 7,000 youth hooded sweatshirts because they contain a drawstring through the hood, which can pose a choking hazard. There have been no incidents reported. The recalled product includes the zipper and pullover hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings and were sold in black, navy and grey. The Proclub brand sweatshirts have RN number 100418 on the inside collar tag. The sweatshirts were sold in Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV from November 2008 through December 2008 for $19. What to do: Remove the drawstring immediately to eliminate the hazard, or return the sweatshirt with drawstring to Propac or the place where purchased for a refund.
