Recall: July 16, 2009. Evenflo has recalled approximately 25,000 Switch-a-Roo telephone toys because the mirror decal can peel away, posing a choking hazard. No injuries have been reported.
The recall is for the Evenflo Switch-a-Roo telephone model #6391911 that was made between October 2008 and June 2009 and sold in stores nationwide, including Toys 'R' Us, for $8.
What to do: Remove the mirror decal from the toy and throw it out. The telephone toy can be used without the decal.
