Ocean Current Boys' Hooded Sweatshirts

Product: Ocean Current Boys' Hooded Sweatshirts

Distributor: C-Mrk Inc., of Vernon, CA

Recall: July 9, 2009. C-Mrk has recalled approximately 725 boys' hooded sweatshirts because they contain a drawstring through the hood, which poses a strangulation hazard to children. There have been no injuries reported.

The recalled products are Ocean Current brand boys' hooded sweatshirts with RN #67225 (in the neck label) that were sold in 'smoke' color, sized S-XL. The sweatshirts were sold only in Macy's stores in Southern California, from December 2008 through April 2009 for $35.

What to do: Remove the drawstring from the hood to eliminate the hazard, or return to place of purchase or to C-Mrk for a refund.

Contact: collect at (323) 826-6900 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. PT Tuesday through Thursday or online www.oceancurrent.com
