Recall: May 21, 2009. Cumberland Outfitters has recalled approximately 560 girls' hooded sweatshirts because they contain a drawstring through the hood, which poses a strangulation hazard. The RN number for all sweatshirts is 14119, and the style numbers include 561560EC, 561565CO, 561570RA and 561575TU. The recalled hooded sweatshirts were sold in department and retail stores nationwide from April 2007 through April 2009 for $19-$24.

What to do: Remove the drawstring from the hood to eliminate the hazard, or return to the place of purchase or to Ely and Walker for a refund.
