Product: Skywalker Holding 13-foot Elite Square Trampoline Distributor: Skywalker Holdings LLC, of Brigham City, UT Recall: May 26, 2009. Skywalker Holdings has recalled approximately 60,000 13-foot Elite Square trampolines because the straps that support that trampoline's enclosure to the poles can fail, causing the enclosure to drop and posing a fall risk to the user. There have been at least 250 reports of the straps breaking, but no injuries. The recalled product is the Skywalker Holdings 13-foot Elite Square Trampoline and Enclosure that has blue spring pads, a black net enclosure and a jumping mat. The words 'Skywalker Holdings' are printed on a label under the jumping mat and on the enclosure net. The recalled trampoline/enclosure combo was sold in specialty stores and by major retailers nationwide online from January 2007 through February 2009 for $400-$600. What to do: Stop using the trampoline/enclosure combo immediately and contact Skywalker Holdings for a free repair kit. Contact: www.skywalkerholdings.com |
