Recall: April 29, 2009. DND Imports has recalled approximately 50 Dinosaur Era 2 Hunting Dinosaur playsets because the surface paint on the monkey contains excessive levels of lead, which violates the federal lead paint standard. No injuries have been reported. The recalled playsets include a dinosaur, helicopter, trees, a hunter, a monkey and hunting equipment.

The recalled sets were sold by DND Trading in Los Angeles, CA in December 2008 for $7.

What to do: Consumers should throw out the monkey and contact DND for a refund or exchange.
