Product: Coolibar Children's Sunblock Jackets and Hoodies Importer: Coolibar Inc., of St. Louis Park, MN Recall: June 27, 2008. Coolibar has recalled approximately 3,000 chidlren's sunblock jackets and hoodies because they contain a drawstring through the hood, which could pose a strangulation hazard to the wearer. There have been no injuries reported. The recalled jackets and hoodies were sold in tan, stone, bayou blue, crisp blue, white, berry, and citrus in children's sizes 2-12 and contain a drawstring through the hood. Please note that the sun block jackets and hoodies available for sale on the Coolibar website no longer have drawstrings and have not been recalled. Only jackets that were sold between March 2005 and April 2008 on the Coolibar website and in their catalog and that contain a drawstring through the hood are recalled. What to do: Remove the drawstring from the hood to eliminate the hazard, or contact Coolibar for refund information.
