Recall: June 10, 2008. Backyard Leisure recalled approximately 11,000 play sets because the glider hangers can break and cause a child to fall, posing an injury hazard. Backyard Leisure has received 114 reports of glider hangers breaking, including three reports of minor injuries to children. 'Adventure Play Set' or 'Create N Adventure', and 'Pittsburg, KS 66762' is printed on a plaque in the middle of the swing sets' upper beam. The name and model number is printed on the manufacturer's instructions that come with the play set. The recalled play sets are wooden structures that include swings, slides and gliders and were sold by Wal-Mart (in-store and online) as 'Adventure Play Set' and by Toys R Us as 'Create N Adventure' from January 2008 through May 20, 2008 for $400-$1500. Play sets sold after May 20, 2008 are not affected by this recall.

The Windsor Wooden Swingset Model 30108 ($1,499.99)
Cedar Ridge Wooden Swingset Model 30008 ($499.99)
What to do: Stop using the recalled playset immediately and contact Backyard Leisure for free replacement glider hangers and installation instructions.
