Recall: May 20, 2008. Douglas has recalled approximately 74,000 Lil' Snugglers™ children's blankets because the satin trim can detach and pose a strangulation hazard. There have been at least 18 reports of the satin trim detaching, but no injuries. The recalled blankets measure 14 inches square with a one-inch wide satin trim. Not all Lil' Snuggler blankets have been recalled. The label contains two numbers: the style number followed by the purchase order (PO) number. Only blankets with the following style numbers followed by a PO number of 1330 or below have been recalled.

If your blanket has a PO number above 1331, regardless of the style number, then it has not been recalled. Please see the website below for detailed illustration and description.
What to do:: Take a recalled blanket away from a child and contact Douglas for a refund or replacement blanket.
