Product: Cowboy on a Horse Little Rider Toy Importer: Master Toys & Novelties Inc., of Los Angeles, CA Recall: May 20, 2008. Master Toys has recalled approximately 6,000 Cowboy on a Horse little rider toys because the shoe and pants on the rider contain excessive levels of lead, which violates the federal lead paint standard. No injuries have been reported. The recalled little rider toys are model number 8610B and are battery-operated. The toy measures approximately 8.5 inches high by 7.5 inches long. Only toys with UPC code 603678086101 (printed on the packaging) are recalled. The little rider toys were sold in dollar and discount stores nationwide from April 2007 through January 2008 for $5-$7. What to do:: Take the recalled toy away from a child and return to store where purchased.
