Manufacturer: Playworld Systems Inc., of Lewisburg, PA
Recall: May 6, 2008. Playworld has recalled approximately 17,300 playground swing sets because the clevis bearing on the swing set can wear and cause the swing to detach and posing a fall hazard. No injuries have been reported. The recalled swing sets have the following part numbers:

The recalled swing sets were sold by authorized Playworld dealers to daycare centers and children's learning centers nationwide from January 2007 through February 2008 for $770-$3100.
What to do:: Remove the swing from the swing set and contact Playworld for a free repair kit.
