Youth Hooded Sweatshirt and Insulated Bomber

Product: Youth Hooded Sweatshirt and Insulated Bomber

Manufacturer: Brents-Riordan Inc. LLC, of Shreveport, LA

Recall: April 2, 2008. Brents-Riordan has recalled approximately 7,400 hooded sweatshirts because they have a drawstring through the hood, which can pose a strangulation or choking hazard. The recalled sweatshirts are camouflage-like hoodies in two styles: the youth hooded sweatshirt (item # 11037Y-39), and the youth insulated bomber with hood (item # 1113Y-39). The item number is printed on a label underneath the care label. The hoodies are dark brown with colored leaves and 'photogflage' printed on them.

What to do:: Remove the drawstring to eliminate the strangulation or choking hazard, or return the sweatshirt to store where purchased, or to Brents-Riordan, for a refund.

Contact: Brents-Riordan toll-free at (866) 835-6357 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, or Email Brents-Riordan.
