Recall: February 19, 2008. Sears has recalled approximately 6,600 Spiderman® water bottles because screws under the lid can come loose and pose a choking hazard to the user. There have been three reports of screws coming loose, but no injuries. The recalled water bottle was sold in Sears stores only, is red, white, blue and black, has a Spiderman® figure on top of the lid, and measures 9 inches high. It was sold in Sears stores nationwide from July 2007 through August 2007 for $10.
What to do: Take the water bottle away from the child and contact Fast Forward LLC for a refund.
