Recall: February 22, 2008. Family Dollar has recalled 250,000 FUN N' SAFE Magnetic Dart Boards because the magnet at the tips of the darts can detach and pose a choking or intestinal perforation hazard. No injuries have been reported. The recalled dart board is black, red, green and white and measures 15 inches across. It comes with six four-inch log darts with magnetic tips. The packaging says the dart board is for ages three and up. The recalled dart boards were sold in Family Dollar stores nationwide for $5 from January 2001 through January 2008.
What to do: Take the dart board and all magnetic darts away from a child and return to Family Dollar for a refund.
