Recall: March 12, 2008. S.U. Wholesale has recalled approximately 5,000 X Force Commander toy airplane sets and Super Famous toy car and motorcycle sets because the toy vehicles contain excessive levels of lead, which violates the federal lead standard. No injuries have been reported. The recall involves the X Force Commander toy airplane set with item #5689. The set includes six plastic planes that come in green, red, blue, silver, black, and yellow. The Super Famous set includes a yellow plastic car and grey motorcycle. The recalled sets were sold in Dollar stores nationwide between September 2006 and November 2007 for $1.
What to do: Take the toys away from a child and return to store where purchased for a refund.
