Recall: February 8, 2008. Netshops has recalled approximately 50 table and chair sets because the surface paint contains excessive levels of lead, which violates the federal lead paint standard. No injuries have been reported. There are two recalled sets, model ALZ024-3 and model ALZ023-3. Both sets are natural colored and included a round or rectangular table with a shelf underneath the table and two chairs. Sets that are other wood colors are not recalled. The recalled sets were sold on the company's website (www.netshops.com) in November 2007 and December 2007 for $100-$130.
What to do: Take the set away from a child and contact Netshops if you haven't already heard from them.
