Product: Small World "Sounds on the Farm" Puzzle and "Sounds on the Go" Puzzle Manufacturer: Small World Toys, of Culver City, Calif. Recall: April 11, 2007. Small World Toys is recalling approximately 78,500 "Sounds on the Farm" and "Sounds on the Go" puzzles because the wooden knobs can come off the puzzle pieces and pose a choking hazard to small children. There have been 42 reports of the knobs coming off the pieces, but no injuries have resulted. The recall involves only those two puzzles, which were sold under Ryan's Room and Puzzabilities brand names. Each wooden puzzle has four pieces, each with knob, and when a puzzle piece is lifted out of the puzzle, the piece makes a sound. "Sounds on the Farm" or "Sounds on the Go" is printed on the top left of each puzzle board. "©2003 Small World Toys®" and 24101 or 24102 are printed on the bottom of the boards. Puzzabilities puzzles were sold nationwide in stores and online where children's games and toys are sold from June 2003 through February 2007. The Ryan's Room puzzles were sold nationwide in Target stores from January 2006 through February 2007 (ARV $16). What to do: Consumers should take the puzzle and pieces away from a small child and contact Small World Toys for a full refund.
