Product: Meijer Toddler Pants Set

Recall: February 8, 2007. G&W Industries is recalling approximately 1,800 toddler pants sets because the zipper pull on the jacket can come off, posing a choking hazard to small children. There was one incident of a young child who pulled off the zipper. The recalled pants sets are "Little Lass" velour jacket, pants and t-shirt sets with "Snow Angel" printed on the front of the jacket. They were sold in red and black in sizes 2T, 3T and 4T in Meijer stores nationwide from October 2006 through December 2006 (ARV $20).
What To Do: Return the pants set to the Meijer store where purchased for a full refund.
