Recall: December 21, 2006. Approximately 33,000 spoons are being recalled because the soft plastic tip of the spoon could loosen over time, fall off and pose a choking hazard to young children. There have been no reports or incidents in the US, but there were 11 reports in other countries. Spoons were sold in stores and online from January 2001 through November 2006 for about $9.
What To Do: stop using the spoon and contact the company for a refund or replacement.
